When get the error as above example, kindly follow below step to resolve the issue.

Open FileZilla,

1. Go to File.

2. Click Site Manager.

3. Click New Site, key in the information.

4.From Encryption, select -> Only use plain FTP (insecure)

This should fixed the issue to connect to server.
