To collect System Information from an agent (machine) from Backup Management Console:<\/strong><\/p>- Select the agent\/machine in the console for backup management.<\/li>
- Go to the activities.<\/li>
- Click on Collect system information.<\/li>
- Agent collects, zips and pushes the required info locally to the web console for download.<\/li><\/ol>
<\/p>
To collect System Information from an agent (machine) from manually from agent side (OS side):<\/strong><\/p>Windows<\/strong><\/p>- Use an AcronisInfo tool.<\/li>
- Perform the exe file in CMD as administrator.<\/li>
- Send in the generate log to support.<\/li><\/ol>
Linux (with acronis backup agent installed)<\/strong><\/p>a) Run the <\/span>root\u00a0<\/span>privileges\u00a0<\/span>to\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>following\u00a0<\/span>command<\/span>:<\/p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 #acrocmdsysinfo–loc=\/full_path_to_report\/file_name<\/em><\/p>Where \/full_path_to_report\/ is the current location and filename which is to save Linux System Report Send the file to help.<\/p>

- chmod +x systeminfo.<\/li>
- .\/systeminfo and wait until the process complete.<\/li>
- The log fill will be put in \/var\/lib\/Acronis\/sysinfo\/<\/li>
- Send in the file to support.<\/li><\/ol>
Mac OS<\/strong><\/p>To collect system information on a Mac, open Terminal and execute:
