The process is the same for any other files that you wish to restore \/ download. Let\u2019s get started!\u00a0<\/p><p>Firstly, you will need to login to your cPanel account which can be done by typing\u00a0<strong>YourDomain.com\/cpanel<\/strong>\u00a0at your browser, followed by entering in your login information.<\/p><p>Once you are in your cPanel Account, click on the\u00a0<strong>R1Soft Restore Backups<\/strong>\u00a0as seen below:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2544\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp1-1-300x99.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"99\" \/><\/p><p>Now, you will be in the R1Soft Restore Backups Dashboard. To restore \/ download specific New Emails and Read Emails files only, choose the previous date of your choice and click on the\u00a0<strong>Browse File<\/strong>\u00a0icon as shown below:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2546\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp2-1-300x61.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"61\" \/><\/p><p>Once you have clicked on the\u00a0<strong>Browse File<\/strong>\u00a0icon, a\u00a0<strong>Browse Recovery Point<\/strong>\u00a0screen will appear. There, you will come across a\u00a0<strong>Home File.<\/strong>\u00a0To access more files,\u00a0<strong>Double Click<\/strong>\u00a0on the\u00a0<strong>Home File<\/strong>.<\/p><p>When the loading is completed, you will see more files. You are now in the\u00a0<strong>Home File<\/strong>\u00a0folder and the files you see are parked under that folder. To access your email files, scroll down until you find\u00a0<strong>Mail Folder<\/strong>\u00a0and double click it as seen below:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2548\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp4-1-300x199.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/p><p>Now, you are in the\u00a0<strong>Mail Folder<\/strong>\u00a0and all the items regarding your emails will be located in this folder.<\/p><p>For\u00a0<strong>New Emails<\/strong>, it locates in the <strong>New Folder<\/strong>\u00a0while\u00a0<strong>Read Emails <\/strong>locate in <strong>Cur Folder<\/strong>. Scroll down the list and\u00a0<strong>Tick<\/strong>\u00a0the check box provided. Example shown below:<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2549\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp5-300x210.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p><p>When done selecting the folders, scroll up and you will see\u00a0<strong>Restore Selected<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Download Selected<\/strong> option made available.<\/p><p><strong>Restoring Selected\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; this option will restore your current email with the backed up version you have selected. Upon selecting this option, a confirmation box will appear to reconfirm your action. Once confirmed, proceed to click the\u00a0<strong>Restore Button<\/strong>.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2554\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp7-236x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p><p><strong><u>Step 2<\/u><\/strong><br \/>Once done, click\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>\u00a0or<strong>\u00a0Download Filename<\/strong>. Here, you can either use the Generated Filename or you can Specify a Filename for your download.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2557\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cp8-300x249.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"249\" \/><\/p><p><strong><u>Step 3<\/u><\/strong><br \/>The final step requires you to click on\u00a0<strong>Summary<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Next<\/strong>. This screen allows you to view the settings that have been chosen before downloading.
