FTP users may authenticate themselves using a clear-text sign-in protocol, normally in the form of a username and password, but can connect anonymously if the server is configured to allow it.<\/p><h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3><p>To initiate a FTP connection to the server you need to have :<\/p><ul><li>Hostname or IP address of your server.<\/li><li>FTP Username and password.<\/li><\/ul><p>The above information can be found in your Account Information email that we sent to you when you start the hosting with us.<\/p><h3><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h3><p>First, you need to choose a FTP client that will help you to initiate a FTP connection to the server. There are many FTP clients software that you can download for free. One of our recommended FTP client is FileZilla, you can download FileZilla client\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/filezilla-project.org\/download.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>\u00a0(select the file appropriate for your platform).<\/p><p>1. \u00a0 \u00a0After you have downloaded and installed FileZilla client on your PC, open FileZilla.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3476\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ftpp1-300x209.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"209\" \/><\/p><p>2. To upload a file, you choose the file you want to upload from the\u00a0<strong>Local site<\/strong>.
