The restarting has to be done via the panel where you can see your invoices, services, cloud servers, etc.<\/p><p>Here&#8217;s how&#8230;\u00a0<\/p><p>1. Navigate to the Cloud Server, click &#8220;Shut down Virtual Machine&#8221;.<\/p><p>2. You will be asked to confirm your action. Click &#8220;Yes&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3571\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/vm2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"288\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p><p>3. The screenshot below shows the shutdown in progress.<\/p><p>4. When shutdown has completed (as indicated by the red &#8220;OFF&#8221;), please click &#8220;Startup Virtual Machine&#8221;.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-3574\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mondoze.com\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/vm4-2-300x261.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"261\" \/><\/p><p>4a. If you get the &#8220;Start up failed&#8221; error as illustrated below, please wait 5 minutes, then click on &#8220;Details&#8221;, then click on &#8220;Startup Virtual Machine&#8221; again.<\/p><p>(The startup failed because the provisioning system is in the midst of allocating new disk space to your cloud server.
