When a mailbox get corrupt when changes the quota, here is the steps to fix it.<\/p>
For cPanel 11 Solutions:<\/strong><\/p> 1) Login to your cPanel.<\/p> 2) Select File Manager.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t 3) Select ‘Home Directory’ from File Manager Directory Selection popup.<\/p> 4) Double click mail line from Size column.<\/p> 5) Double click domain name (ie. domain.com) from Size Column.<\/p> 6) Double click your email username (ie. user@domain.com).<\/p> 7) Select ‘maildirsize’ checkbox.<\/p> 8) Select Delete button from the top menu.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t Once you delete it, cPanel will reform for the email account automatically and it should correct the email quota size.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Email Account Disk Usage Incorrect When a mailbox get corrupt when changes the quota, here is the steps to fix it.
