Mail, in particular, pays close attention to your <em>From<\/em>\u00a0field addresses.<\/p><p>Our internal analysts have even noticed variations in deliverability results from using the address\u00a0support@yourdomain.com\u00a0versus\u00a0newsletter@yourdomain.com.<\/p><ul><li>Avoid frequent changes of From field names<\/li><li>Avoid obscure From field names, such as: \u201c1338sdsd8@domain.com\u201d, \u201cnoreply@domain.com\u201d<\/li><li>Use clear, trustworthy From field names, such as: \u201ccontact@\u201d, \u201cnewsletter@\u201d, \u201csupport@\u201d, feedback@\u201d<\/li><\/ul><\/article>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2145612 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2145612\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Here\u2019s a brief checklist to go through before you hit the \u201cSend\u201d button:<\/p><ul><li>Be careful with words associated with the language of sales. If overused, they may trigger spam filters and route your emails to junk folders. Risky words include: \u201cprize\u201d, \u201cfree\u201d, \u201cbonus\u201d, \u201cbuy, \u201cpurchase\u201d, \u201corder\u201d etc.<\/li><li>Common sense will tell you that one exclamation mark per sentence is enough. Never shout at your subscribers, (e.g. \u201cBuy my e-book now!!!\u201d). Exclamation marks are especially risky in email subject lines.<\/li><li>Never overdo the use of \u201cALL CAPS.\u201d When the emphasis is needed, use a maximum of one word per sentence in all capitals, never a whole sentence.<\/li><\/ul><\/article>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbdc41d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fbdc41d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. After each newsletter is deployed, log in to each seed account and verify whether the email was delivered successfully by that provider.<\/p><\/article>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9fe98de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9fe98de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10.
