Mondoze Terms of Service

The use of services provided by Mondoze, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Mondoze”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

By making a payment for any order or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and to decide whether such changes apply to existing or future customers. We may also update related policies, fees, and guidelines without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You agree to obtain updates to the terms by visiting our website.

Acceptable Usage Policy

Mondoze’s Acceptable Usage Policy is designed to protect its users. To emphasise, Mondoze ensure the users are free from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior. All Mondoze users are subject to the Usage Policy. Moreover, the Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on Mondoze’s services. For instance, such as hacking and spamming.

Privacy Policy

Mondoze’s Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that Mondoze may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the Mondoze site.

Anti-Spam Policy

In our ongoing commitment to provide efficient services for our customers, Mondoze has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. Besides, we have implemented the following policy as a part of our commitment to reduce spam related activity.

Customer Support

Any support we provide is at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice or liability. We offer reasonable technical support to customers through our ticketing system during normal support hours. Despite any discretionary support provided, our only contractual obligation is to maintain basic server functionality. We will ensure that the Customer’s Service remains operational and will respond to support tickets within a reasonable timeframe.

IP Change / Blacklist

If the assigned IP address is found to be blacklisted, you must report it within 24 hours from the service activation time to request a free replacement. Any IP change requests made after this 24-hour period will incur an IP change fee.

Abuse Policy

Customer acknowledges that any prohibited activity outlined in our Acceptable Usage Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without notice or refund. If an abuse report is received from a third party, we may, at our discretion, provide system logs or other relevant evidence. We recognize that some reports may be inaccurate; therefore, Customers are required to respond promptly to allow proper assessment before any suspension or termination decision is made.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

You agree to comply with Mondoze’s Anti-Spam Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The use of Mondoze’s services for any form of illegal spam activity is strictly prohibited. Mondoze reserves the right to modify the Anti-Spam Policy at any time. Continued use of the services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Bandwidth Usage and Allocation

The Company provide 5 Mbps speed under shared bandwidth conditions, subject to Fair Usage Policy. Actual performance may vary depending on shared network utilization and traffic conditions. Unless otherwise specified, exceeding your allocated bandwidth will result in service suspension. Bandwidth allocation is shared bandwidth, and usage by others may affect available capacity. You are solely responsible for your service, including securing passwords and servers to prevent overages. Bandwidth resets either on the first day of each month or on the service’s billing renewal date, depending on the service type. The service will automatically resume once bandwidth usage has been reset.

Cancellation

You may cancel the Services at any time by logging into Mondoze clientarea, at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the expiration of Your current term and requesting cancellation. Services cancelled after this time period will remain until the end of the next billing cycle. If You do not have an active Mondoze account, please contact us at [email protected]. Refund Eligibility

Any money-back guarantee applies only to eligible first-time shared hosting or reseller hosting plans. Refunds are not automatic and may be denied for abuse, fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, excessive resource use, or services already provisioned or consumed

Non-Refundable Services.

The following items are non-refundable once an order has been placed, provisioned, registered, issued, allocated, or delivered: VPS, ISP VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, ISP servers, custom servers, and any custom configurations; setup fees; management fees; administration work; migrations; licenses; add-ons; IP addresses, including static IP services; service modifications; domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and redemption fees; SSL certificates; CDN services; control panel licenses; software licenses; and any third-party costs. No refunds are provided for any services related to dedicated servers or static IP addresses, including all associated services. All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for downgrades or mid-cycle plan changes, nor for accidental or incorrect purchases. Any refund requests involving the same services or multiple accounts belonging to the same user may result in suspension or termination of the affected accounts. Unless Mondoze expressly agrees otherwise, any such refund request must be submitted within 24 hours and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Abuse and fraud exclusions

No refund or credit will be provided for accounts that are suspended or terminated due to fraud, chargebacks, use of stolen cards, spam, phishing, malware, CSAM, illegal content, network attacks, repeated abuse, false information, sanctions risk, or a material breach of these Terms.

Suspension

Mondoze may suspend Services for unpaid invoices, payment disputes, fraud risk, abuse reports, security incidents, compromised services, excessive resource use, legal risk, registry or datacenter requirements, or violation of these Terms. Suspension may affect access to data, email, DNS, IP addresses, backups, and related services.

Termination and Deletion

Mondoze may terminate Services for material breach, non-payment, fraud, repeated abuse, severe abuse, legal risk, or operational necessity. After termination or expiry, data may be deleted at any time without further notice unless retention is required by law, security, abuse handling, billing, or backup cycles.

Collections

You are responsible for reasonable collection costs, legal fees, court costs, chargeback costs, and professional fees incurred by Mondoze in collecting overdue amounts or defending against improper disputes.

Customer backups

The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining their own, current, independent, restorable data backups. Backup services provided by Mondoze are available only upon request and subject to additional fees.

Data loss

Mondoze is not liable for data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, deletion, misconfiguration, failed backups, failed restores, customer error, compromised applications, third-party software, or events outside Mondoze’s reasonable control, except to the limited extent required by applicable law.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not provide any service level guarantees. Any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or unavailability shall not entitle the customer to any compensation or remedy.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under this Agreement or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of use, business interruption, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, unforeseeable, or punitive damages (including loss of profits), regardless of the cause or legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups. Backup services provided by Mondoze are available only upon request and subject to additional fees. The Customer acknowledges that these limitations are a fundamental part of this Agreement and that, without them, we would not be able to provide the Services.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable in full effect.

Final Agreement

By accessing or using Mondoze’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any of our services.

Mondoze reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services or promotions at any time without prior notice. Mondoze also reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take appropriate action against any account or activity suspected of misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms, including but not limited to suspension or termination of services. The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be at the sole discretion of Mondoze.
