Whenever the email service has been pointed to the Google Apps Mail, you will not be able to use the default  SPF record as

 “v=spf1 include:spf.mschosting.com -all” 

As such, the default TXT record for Google Apps Mail needs to set up as:

“v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all”
