1. Login to Support page.
   
   
2. Click on Submit a Ticket and Select Server / Co-location / VPS for Department.
   
   
3. Populate the ticket form. Click Next after you had completed to fill in the form.

4. Click on Submit Ticket.

Note: Please do drop down the Ticket ID being created as for reference.
