For Bulletin, CDN can be enable by replace the “Replacement Variable”.

1) Log into the vBulletin admin portal.

2) Navigate to “Styles & Templates”, then “Replacement Variable Manager”.

3) Click on “Add New Replacement Variable”.

4) Create a new replacement variable to CDN resources.
